Navigating the Sentrivox Portal
A tour of the portal dashboard — where to find your assets, security posture, vulnerabilities, alerts, and reports, and what each panel means.
Logging in
Access the portal at portal.sentrivox.com and sign in with your Sentrivox credentials. The portal is fully cloud-hosted, so there is nothing to install or maintain — it works from any modern browser.
The main dashboard
When you log in, the dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your organization's IT and security health. The key panels are:
- Risk score — a single number summarizing your overall security posture across all endpoints.
- Endpoint summary — how many devices are managed, online, and reporting.
- Security findings — failing hardening checks and their severity, grouped by type.
- Top vulnerabilities — the highest-risk CVEs currently affecting your fleet.
- Recent activity — new devices, resolved findings, and important changes over time.
Primary sections
The main navigation gives you dedicated areas for each part of the platform:
- Assets — the full inventory of every managed endpoint, searchable and filterable.
- Security — hardening check results and posture trends across your organization.
- Vulnerabilities — CVE findings correlated to your software, prioritized by risk.
- Reports — exportable summaries for management, audits, and compliance.
- Settings — agents, users, roles, and organization preferences.
Drilling into a device
Click any endpoint in the Assets list to open its detail page. There you'll find its full hardware and software inventory, every security check result, its known vulnerabilities, and its check-in history — everything about that machine in one place.
Reports and exports
The Reports section lets you generate summaries for leadership, cyber insurance, or compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001. Most views throughout the portal can also be exported directly for offline analysis or sharing.
