By accessing or using Sentrivox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Use of the Service

Sentrivox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal security and IT operations.

You agree to use the service only on systems you own or are authorised to manage. You may not use Sentrivox to scan, access, or analyse systems without proper authorisation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Tier and Paid Plans

Sentrivox offers a free tier for up to 25 endpoints. Paid plans provide additional endpoints and features as described at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform or other customers.

5. Intellectual Property

Sentrivox and its underlying technology, trademarks, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Your data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sentrivox is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to deliver accurate security insights, no security tool can guarantee detection of every vulnerability or threat. You remain responsible for your overall security posture.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrivox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
